We ask for a 6-month initial commitment to allow compounding operational optimizations. After that, it rolls month-to-month with a 30-day notice period.
Unused minor enhancement hours do not roll over, but we proactively use any spare bandwidth to run security audits, tune prompt latency, or clean up database logs.
Retainer clients get priority support ahead of ad-hoc work. Target response times for high-priority system blockers and for minor bugs are agreed and set out in your retainer scope.
We can host them on a secure, dedicated server for you, or we can deploy them inside your own cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/n8n Cloud) and maintain them there.
